  I have been taking my son to this pediatrician since 2010 and I was always happy with the care they provided. I recently started taking my daughter and so far every time I've take her the service has been horrible. I have gone a couple of times this year and when I arrive they say there was no appointment scheduled; that's probably because the person answering their phones is always in a hurry to end the call. My mother took my daughter to her last appointment and the nurse that issued my daughter her shots didn't let her now what shots she was giving her until my mom had to asked and as soon as she was done she just walked away not letting her know if she should expect symptoms. I have an appointment there today and have been calling their office since 10 am to confirm since they haven't called me about it and I find it so ridiculous how many times I've called and not been able to reach anyone.
