  ACFW is centrally located between the 5N and 57N making it ideal for local business as well as those visiting from out of town. The hours of operation accommodate both regular members and visitors (drop-ins) with classes starting at 6:00am and running until 9:00am. The box closes down at 10:00am and re-opens from 4:30pm until the last class at 6:30pm.
  Services include a foundations program for beginners and daily programming accommodates new, intermediate and, advance athletes. Additionally the gym offers an Olympic Lifting program on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
  The gym itself is +5000 sq ft and boasts a wide range of equipment to support most any training program. The main rig can host up to 18 athletes at a single time but is also supported by a secondary rig for overflow. The gym counts on 4 lifting platforms, assault and airdyne bikes, skierg and, rowers. Supplementary equipment such as push prowler, sled and tires to flip are also available.
